CMX-2.5

CMX-2.5 districts are primarily designed to foster vibrant, pedestrian-friendly retail and service activities within commercial nodes and along commercial corridors. They offer a slightly narrower range of permissible uses compared to CMX-2 districts, with development standards aimed at creating a pedestrian-oriented environment.

CMX-3

CMX-3 districts are primarily designated to accommodate retail and service establishments serving both the community and the wider region. They offer a broader range of permissible uses compared to CMX-1 and CMX-2 districts.

CMX-4

CMX-4 districts are primarily designated to support mixed-use development, encompassing a wide array of non-residential uses, particularly in the Center City area.

CMX-5

CMX-5 districts are primarily designed to facilitate mixed-use development within the central core area of Center City.

CA-1

CA-1 Auto-Oriented Commercial Districts are primarily designated to support a wide variety of uses, typically in the form of shopping centers and other destination-oriented establishments where a significant portion of patrons arrive by car.
