This project was for the subdivision of a 2800 square foot lot in Francisville, Philadelphia. There was an existing structure (garage) on the property.
We coordinated the zoning process and assisted the project through the Zoning variance (appeals) process.
The project was refused because the minimum required open area amount is 25% but approximately 11% was proposed, and the rear yard depth requirement was short by about 3 feet.
